Jordan’s love for movement, storytelling and collaboration has been the driving force behind her decade-long career as a dancer and creator. She has danced on stages around the world— from Lincoln Center to basement bars— and has worked with renowned companies and choreographers such as the New York City Ballet, Aspen Santa Fe Ballet, Ballet Vero Beach, konverjdans (converge/dance), Gabrielle Lamb, Caili Quan and many more.

Jordan is co-founder and co-director of Brooklyn-based contemporary ballet company, konverjdans (converge/dance) and has choreographed and directed several works for the company for both film and stage.

Jordan’s ten years of living in New York City, and the wild individuals she encountered while navigating the beautifully-chaotic city, has had a profound influence on her work. Jordan’s choreography and films often explore fictionalized versions of her collaborators’, and her own, backgrounds and experiences, set within surreal and absurd worlds that magnify the relationships between one’s self and one’s community.
